PDUs Direct currently services United States and Canada only. If you need PDUs for outside this area, please contact Server Technology at (775) 284-2000.

PDUsDirect.com's standard shipping method is Federal Express Ground Shipping, FOB Origin. Orders will shipped the next business day (Mon. - Fri.) after receipt of order. 
If you need your PDUs faster, we also offer FedEx 2nd Day, and FedEx Standard Overnight Service. The customer will choose shipping method at checkout and the associate charge will be included on the receipt. 

Customer will receive an email indicating receipt of order, and another ship notification email indicating the FedEx tracking number.  

In the event of a backorder, product will ship within 3-5 days. If the backorder is longer than that, the customer will be notified by email and given the option to cancel the order for a refund of the unit price and corresponding freight charge.

Return Policy

PDUs Direct accepts returns of products within thirty days of shipping. Products must be in original packaging. We will supply a return shipping call tag if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason (i.e. warranty issues after 30 days), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Customer must first contact us to issue an RMA. This RMA number must be printed clearly on the outside of the box. We will issue a credit within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
